Backdrop stands, faux florals, props etc. are the property of Krause Kreations and are to be returned in good condition. If damaged, soiled or missing, client is responsible for replacement cost.

Displays are set-up for the client for a specified period of time, normally 4-24 hours unless otherwise discussed. After that time period, if not able to retrieve due to client's wishes,
a late pick-up fee/fees will be charged.

We may require at least 2 hours to set-up, prior to the scheduled event time in certain circumstances, more time will need to be provided for the set-up. If it is a large set up and it needs to be set-up in a short time period; the rental of a truck to carry already inflated balloons and the equipment will be added to the cost of the overall display. This is necessary for the artist and design team to complete the look requested.

We cannot be held responsible for delays (or incomplete decor) if not allowed a reasonable amount of time to complete decor services as described above and in the contract.

If you want to set-up your display outside, you do so at your own risk, we are not responsible for the destruction of your balloon displays due to wind, rain, sun, heat, excessive cold or other elements. Setting up outside is always unpredictable. We will do our best to anchor and secure the displays, but gusts of wind have taken out well weighted down displays before. If the weather is severe during an outdoor set-up we reserve the right to not set-up the display. Most outside set-ups require extra equipment,to secure and will incur an extra fee.
